Where we ship
We ship worldwide.

Delivery times
Orders typically arrive within 2–3 weeks of being placed.

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, which keeps our prices low but means delivery takes longer than a UK warehouse would. We'd rather be upfront about that than surprise you at checkout.

Orders with more than one item
Items are shipped individually and may arrive on different days. If you order two or three products, expect separate parcels — this is normal and doesn't mean anything has gone missing. You'll get a tracking number for each item as it ships.

Shipping cost
Shipping is included in the price shown. There are no additional charges at checkout.

Customs and duties
All taxes are paid before dispatch. You won't be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link for each item once it's dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after dispatch — this is normal and not a cause for concern.

Delays
Occasionally customs or courier delays push delivery beyond 3 weeks. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us at setusurper@outlook.com and we'll either resend it or refund you in full.

Wrong address
We can only change a delivery address before an order is dispatched. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't reroute a parcel once it's with the courier.
